Hello everybody!

I’m happy to announce that a fresh update is rolling out across my entire collection of Garmin watch faces. With this release, all of my apps now support Garmin’s newest generation of watches:

• Fēnix 9 series
• D2 Mach 2 Pro
• Forerunner 170/170M
• Forerunner 70

Whether you just unboxed one of these new devices or you’ve been a long-time fan of my designs, your favorite watch faces now run natively on the latest hardware — crisp on the new displays, and with all the features you already know: customizable complications, weather support (Garmin Weather and Open Weather Map versions), and all the settings you expect from the app menu.

What this means for you

If you already own one of my watch faces, nothing changes for your existing watches — the update simply extends compatibility. Once the update appears in the Connect IQ Store on your phone, just update the watch face as usual and it will be available on your new watch.

If you’re setting up one of the new watches for the first time, head over to the Connect IQ Store (or my shop at apps.bliemel.net) and pick your favorite — every design in the catalog is now available for the new devices.

💡 Tip: If your new watch doesn’t show the face yet, make sure your Garmin Connect app and your watch firmware are up to date, then check the Connect IQ Store for the latest version of the app.

Thanks & reviews

A big thank you to everyone who keeps supporting my work — it really means a lot. If you like my apps, please consider leaving a review in the Connect IQ Store. It helps other watch owners find them, and it’s a huge motivation for me to keep improving and adding new devices with every generation.

As always: if you run into any issues on the new watches, get in touch at manuel@bliemel.net or through the Support page.

Please download, rate/review in the Connect IQ store and enjoy! 🎉

— Manuel

P.S. Don’t forget to check out the bundles if you want multiple faces at a substantial discount.
